Delivery & Returns

Deliveries:

Getting your items on the way to you as soon as possible is really important to us. You will be notified of the delivery costs on the delivery page before you submit your credit card details. It is here that you can also select your desired shipping method.

All orders are despatched by My Hermes and deliveries are made throughout the UK. Sometimes our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your products, where applicable, between these hours.

We ship orders Monday through Friday. All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year where specific delivery information will be posted on the website).

If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by email customerservices@hellosweetthing.co.uk and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid.

Delivery on a Specific Date: If you would like your order to ship on a specific date, please email customerservices@hellosweetthing.co.uk to arrange the details.

Delivering to multiple addresses: Our website does not currently allow delivery to multiple addresses therefore please place each order individually.

Hello Sweet Thing does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

Standard UK Mainland up to 5 Working Days

1-4 products – £2.95
5+ products – £3.95.

Hello Sweet Thing will not be responsible for the condition of sweets arrival due to weather. It’s a fact – sweets and chocolate can melt in warm weather. We want your order

to arrive in the best possible condition. Please note that Hello Sweet Thing strongly recommends to avoid ordering any of the chocolate products during hot summer days.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately Hello Sweet Thing does not offer free returns, therefore items are returned at your own cost. If you wish to return any of the items, please send an email to customerservices@hellosweetthing.co.uk within three working days after you have received the products.

Hello Sweet Thing strongly recommends that you insure the returned items and in case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them back at our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

Hello Sweet Thing are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item. All returns must be unused, in their original condition and sent to Hello Sweet Thing in its original packaging. Due to the nature of the product, packages that have been tampered with are non returnable and non-refundable.
